Exclusion Login

If you are a Settlement Class Member and you want to “opt-out” or ask to be excluded from this lawsuit and the Settlement, you must complete an Exclusion Request. If you do so, you will not receive any cash payment, but you will not release any claims you may have against Defendant and the other “Released Parties” (as that term is defined in the Settlement Agreement) and are free to pursue whatever legal rights you may have by pursuing your own lawsuit against the Released Parties at your own risk and expense.

To start your online Exclusion Request, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice you received. If you misplaced your notice, please contact the Settlement Administrator at (833) 647-8977. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

You may also mail in your Request for Exclusion by following the directions in Question 6 and sending your letter to:

To exclude yourself, you must submit an Exclusion Request no later than February 27, 2026.
